Senior UX content designer and product writer. Built Lowe's first global content design standards and an AI content checklist in Figma Make. Component-level content language, style, behavior and consistency, errors and alerts, accessibility, tutorials and UX research. Short version of my work: I started in the mechanical layer on product teams at Lowe's—UI copy, errors, tutorials, content audits, accessibility—and moved to the design system layer. I now write the standards, patterns and AI-driven content quality checklists that other teams use to ensure product language stays consistent across the enterprise. A lot of that job is being the bridge between large language models (LLMs) and the associates and customers who have to act on the words: what the model is allowed to say, how we evaluate it, and whether a person can finish the task.
